Pork chop is a filipino food recipe for renal patient, kidney patients.
Ingredients
400 grams boneless pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
15 grams parsley
10 ml calamansi
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon anise seed
Procedure
1. Combine oregano, parsley, anise seed, pepper, onion powder and calamansi in a bowl. Mix.
2. Coat pork chops with the mixture.
3. Wrap each pork chop in aluminum foil.
4. Broil or grill for 30 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in the center.
5. Serve.
