Pinakbet is a filipino food recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup pork
6 eggplants
6 tomatoes
4 ampalaya, regular sized
2 pieces garlic
3 tablespoons bagoong
1 onion
Procedure
1. Slice eggplants and ampalaya into four parts.
2. Slice tomatoes.
3. Cut the pork into small pieces.
4. Saute garlic, onion, tomatoes, pork ang bagoong in a frying pan.
5. When half done add eggplant and ampalaya.
6. Add 1 cup of water.
7. Season to taste.
8. Simmer until cooked.
9. Serve.
